Rental Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Nassim Car Rental. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 21 years old. Drivers under the age of 25 may incur a young driver fee.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required and must have been held for at least 24 months. International renters (Not Tourists) may require an International Driving Permit (IDP) in addition to their license.
Identification: A government-issued ID (e.g., passport) is required for verification purposes.

Payment Method: Payment is accepted by credit card in the renter’s name.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required at the start of the rental to cover potential damages or additional charges. This deposit will be held on your card for the duration of the rental period and released upon the safe return of the vehicle in accordance with our terms.
Rental Charges: The total rental cost includes daily rates, insurance fees, taxes, and any additional services selected.
Late Fees: Vehicles returned later than the agreed time may incur additional charges.

Inspection: The renter is responsible for inspecting the vehicle before use and reporting any existing damage.
Proper Use: Vehicles must be used in compliance with traffic laws and only for personal transportation. Off-road driving, racing, or towing is prohibited.
Condition Upon Return: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as rented, minus normal wear and tear. Additional fees may apply for cleaning or damage if the vehicle is not returned in proper condition.
Prohibited Substances: Smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited. Cleaning fees may apply if this policy is violated.

Fuel Level: Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with the same level. If not, a refueling fee will be applied.
Fuel Type: Please use the correct fuel type specified for the vehicle. Damages due to incorrect fueling will be the renter’s responsibility.

Basic Insurance: Rental includes basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options are available upon request.
Accidents and Infractions: Nassim Car Rental is not responsible for any accidents, traffic violations, or infractions incurred during the rental period. The renter is fully responsible for any fines, penalties, or fees resulting from traffic infractions.
Damages: The renter is responsible for any damages to the vehicle not covered by insurance and must return the vehicle in good condition, as received.
Personal Belongings: Nassim Car Rental is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Roadside Assistance: 24/7 roadside assistance is provided. Contact the emergency number provided in your rental agreement if needed.
Vehicle Replacement: If the vehicle breaks down due to a mechanical fault, we will provide a replacement vehicle when possible.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a fee. Please check the cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Modifications: Reservation modifications are allowed, but changes may affect pricing and availability.

Return Location: Vehicles should be returned to the agreed location. If returned to a different location, additional fees may apply.
Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as rented, with no additional damage. The renter is liable for any damages that exceed normal wear and tear and for returning the vehicle in a clean and undamaged state.

Data Collection: By renting with us, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Marketing Communications: With your consent, we may send you promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Nassim Car Rental is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the rental vehicle, to the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved in the courts of Morocco.
